The Stakes Are Too High!

Not one member of the Playhouse slate has ever sat at the bargaining table. If they can’t enforce today’s contract, how could they possibly negotiate tomorrow’s?  Don’t put your future in the hands of amateurs. 

During the 2018 contract negotiations, the Bonaduce/Condron Slate fought for and won additional company funding to stabilize our pension. We were the only Teamster Local in the nation with the foresight to secure this protection for our members. Today, that vision is paying off with skyrocketing increases to your monthly pension payments.

What Your Leadership Has Achieved

For Part-Time UPS Employees:

  • UPS pension plan for current and future employees will be increased to sixty-five dollars ($65.00) for each year of future credited services to a maximum of 35 years of credited service
  • Seniority employees who work on a sixth (6th) report in any work week shall be paid time and a half their straight time hourly rate for all work performed on that day provided such employee worked all their regular scheduled shifts during such work week and has work in excess of twenty-five (25) hours during their normal work week
  •  Added Martin Luther King Jr. Day as a Paid Holiday 
  •  Guaranteed double-time pay for hours worked on holidays 
  • Part-time employees on the payroll as of July 31, 2023, who subsequently are promoted to full-time employment will be red circled until such time as the calculated progression rate exceeds that rate 
  •  Achieved the highest number of full-time Article 22.3 jobs for part-timers in Local 384 history. 

For Full-Time UPS Employees:

  • In order to qualify for eight (8) hours of straight time pay for a holiday not worked, regular full-time employees must work the regular scheduled workday which had directly preceded or followed the holiday
  •  Negotiated the strongest Article 43 guidelines in the nation. 
  • Added Martin Luther King Jr. Day as a Paid Holiday 
  •  Secured higher personal day limits for members in West Chester and Willow Grove buildings 
  •  Secured higher speeds on Sleeper and Mileage Runs, enhancing safety for drivers.

  •  The Bonaduce / Condron Slate proudly represents the backbone of our school districts — custodial, maintenance, grounds staff, food service workers, aides, secretaries, and paraprofessionals — standing shoulder to shoulder to ensure respect, dignity, and fairness on the job

Chester County Human Services

From Aging and Children’s Services to Mental Health, Drug & Alcohol, Community Development, and Juvenile Detention — our members are the backbone of the Human Needs Network. Together, we achieved a 99% contract ratification and secured the largest wage increase ever. This is a victory for every worker who dedicates their life to improving the lives of others.
