President: Mike Bonaduce
- Under his 18 years of leadership, Local 384 has grown to become the flagship Local in the Philadelphia area.
- Mike is the first President from Local 384 to have a seat for the past 10 years on Joint Council 53
- His administration has won numerous arbitrations and collected thousands of hours of supervisors working grievances for our members.
- Mike has been the Co-Chair for the UPS contract committee, negotiating the last 3 UPS contracts and countless other private and public sector contracts with great success.

Secretary-Treasurer: Matt Condron
- Tenacious fighter with over 20 years of experience
- Has negotiated 100s of contracts and settled thousands of grievances in favor of the employee
- Spent 10 years working for the International negotiating National Agreements, including the current Passenger Division (bus) contract
- Testified for the IBT before the NLRB and the U.S. Congress
- The local’s assets have grown to over 5 million dollars under his leadership, allowing for the lowest dues rates possible
- Recent audits have shown the Local is the best run on the East Coast
- Won the largest arbitration award in Local 384’s history, delivering over $1,000,000 in compensation for more than 200 correctional officers
Vice President: Steve Gallagher
- 18 years as Vice President and Business Agent
- Negotiated over 80 contracts in private and public sector, including seven this year
- Delivered a high-stakes arbitration victory that guaranteed feeder drivers the opportunity to maximize their hours in peak season
- Ensures around-the-clock advocacy for union members
- Has won multiple arbitrations and thousands of grievances for his Teamster Brothers and Sisters

Trustee/Business Agent: Zach Bryant

Trustee/Business Agent: Joe Woodward
- 10 years as a Teamster, including 5 years as a shop steward at Colonial School District, where he negotiated Colonial’s current contract
- Successfully negotiated contracts for multiple school districts and Aramark Food Service, securing favorable terms for workers
- Over a decade of law enforcement experience, including service as a police officer (FOP), sheriff’s deputy, and correctional officer.
Trustee: Larry Thompson
